Default Battery Tray Removal

Last week when I was installing the battery tender lead and drivers backrest, I wasn't able to romove the batter tray that the EMC sits on. I couldn't get the front of the tray off the battery. Did I miss a fastener or is there a trick to this.

Yeah, I know, get a manual, it's on backorder.

Remove the rear bolts, then slide the tray forward - then lift it up.

I notched the cover before I put it back on so I could get to the hot terminal without removing the cover again. Just a thought.

If it's anything like my Road King, remove the 2 rear bolts, press lightly down on the front while pushing it backward to unhook the front. After that just lift it off.
