Call Chrome Glow at the link provided above. They'll have everything needed for what you are looking for including the tower lights for the tour pack.

I bought my tourpak bulbs from a vendor named cn.store. Look for auction number 260634888185. The bulbs are completely plug-and-play. Pull out the old bulbs, put in the new ones. No load controller needed if your just changing the bulbs in your tourpak. If you want to replace the bulbs in your fender lamps, then a load-controller will be needed.
