Jim, did you clean the paint off of the rotors before installing? The Tech at Harley left the paint on mine & we ruined a new set of Lyndell Gold pads. Almost nothing for brakes ! When I took them off they were glazed with the paint beyond recovery.
I ended up using EBC-HH pads & I have really good rear brakes now.
