Default 2010 Tri Glide

I am looking at a 2010 TriGlide with 41,000 miles with 259 screaming eagle cams. Is this too many miles for a Harley? It's priced in the low $20's.

As a rule of thumb, miles are not eh enemy, poor maintenance is so if you have access to records and know it hasnt been flogged near to death, then I'd say no its ot too many miles but with no maint records oyu could shoot yourself in the foot pretty easy...my 2010 trike is nearly there and it runs like new, uses no oil and still has the original clutch

It should have more done to it than just 259 cams, if someone just stuck 259 cams in without bumping the compression it will be a dog on the bottom end. The 259 cam is part of the Stage IV kit which is cams, high compression pistons, Screamin Eagle CNC ported heads and 58mm throttle body. There is a good chance it won't have the stock clutch in it anymore. The stock clutch is a perishable item on trikes that are ridden around town a lot, especially those with modified engines.

I just had the 45k service done on my '11 (bought in '13 w/29k on it) and it runs fine with my wife and I going as far as our butts will allow in a day.

I agree that the biggest issue is how it was maintained. I knew mine was well kept, so I felt comfortable buying it. Probably ought to delve a little deeper into what the owner has done.
