Default Which is the better deal?

Helping my Dad find a Tri-Glide. We were trynig to decide between these two deals.

Deal 1 - local dealer. 2010 black. 2,300 miles. Rinehart mufflers, some other non-stock headers, some kind of cam upgrade thundermax tuner.

Deal 2 - private party about 50 miles away. 2013 black 900 miles with thunder header mufflers . Stock headers. No other engine mods. 6" over bars with internal wiring and bradded clutch and brake lines.

The private party bike is about $1,000 cheaper than the dealer bike.

We already picked one. Curious which way you guys would go.

Both bikes look pretty much like new.

The 2010 looked more polished, but probably because it had been detailed by the dealer. The 2010's, as I understand it, had a few issues that were corrected in 2012, true or false?

Three years newer( 1 year factory warranty left) 1,200 less miles, 1,000 less money. Is there really a question here or are you just trying to get us to validate the choice you already made, which I would hope was for the newer bike.

I'd pass on both and get the vastly improved 14 model. You will be glad you did.

I'm not really sure how you consider the 1014 vastly improved. You sure are easy to impress or is it lack of knowledge on the subject??
