We were riding Yellowstone most of this past week, I was amazed at the fuel economy when you are going 45 mph or less. Our average was 44 mpg most of the week, dropped a bit when we went out of the park down to Jackson Hole of coarse but never new the trike could get that kind of mileage. We are usually around 32 avg with occasional 35 mpg.

 

High elevation helps with that too. Imagine our shock when we went from where we live at 5,500 (38-40 MPG) to sea level ( 32-35 MPG).

I just got back from a 5500+ mile trip from the west coast. I kept all my receipts & figured my mileage the other day & I got a lil over 38mpg! I figured it again & came up with the same mpg. It's more then I ever got with my 2011 triglide.
