Default Mufflers

I know this is a subjective subject and any input would be appreciated. My sig has most of the pertinent info about my ride. Originally ran 3 1/2" Jackpots that were too quiet. Installed the 4" SE Street Cannons and although I like them I have to agree with my wife that they have too much of a bark when on the throttle.

Looking for a distinctive deep Harley rumble without breaking the bank. Any suggestions from those of you that have that sound would be appreciated. V&H has a setup that is Trike specific and does not sound bad on their video, but I do not trust advertising.

Thanks for any input,
Buddy

I have the Vance and Hines Deluxe slip-ons and the V & H tru-duals. I love the sound and the look on my 2014 Triglide. I had the SE racetuner and SE aircleaner installed and the bike really runs well. I bet you would be happy with the V & H Deluxe mufflers.

Heard a set of V&H monster rounds at a dealer, sounded deep...but it was just at idle in the shop, can't say about on the road...

I bought a set of Cobra mufflers off a board member, haven't installed them yet...hope they sound good ( fingers crossed)

I put Jackpot 4" on mine. Sounds almost like the Monster Oval rumble I had on my Ultra. Time will tell how much they open up and get louder.

Not sure the brand name but the ones with discs that you can add or remove work great. Had a set on my old 97 FLH and could add discs for more noise or remove to quiet it down a bit.

I popped on a pair of the V&H Trike Slipons. Very much like the low tone rumble. Wife does need to yell to talk over them. Getting on the throttle sounds good but not obnoxious.
