Hi. I'm Redcrow and I'm a chrome ***** too!
I've been one for longer than I want to remember. I'm not looking to change, but control my addiction :-) in that vain, how much did all the parts COST geezer.
Hey Redcrow. The best cost of this upgrade was the wheels. The wheels were $895 for all three. The baby moons...machined from billet aluminum, then chromed...were $149 for the set. The front spacers...again machined from billet aluminum and chromed...were $90 for the pair.. He ( ***** Shiny) charges about $600 if you don't return your old wheels with 30 days. Check out his website at: http://www.willyshiny.com/SPECERSTOURING0810NONABS.html
Then there was what I bought from HD: Michelin Commander II, 2 polished rotors ( note ***** Shiny sells these for much less...but I had already bought them), Lyndall Gold + disk pads! wheel install kit. This was all about $700. The the dealer charged me $215 to install all the front stuff.
I took the old rear wheels with tires, and new chrome rear wheels to a tire store where they moved the tires from the old wheels to the new wheels, and balanced fit $30.
So...all together...about $2,000. Yikes!!!! Don't tell my wife.
Gary where did you get the center hubs from? They look fantastic!
Rax
The hub caps are Harley hub caps. They have two different styles available. Just get the style of spinner you like from Ebay with the center bolt type on spinner and drill a hole in the center of the hubcap. Heat shrink some heat shrink tubing on the fingers that hold the cap back on the wheel. The heat shrink helps make a tighter fit but you can still remove it with a little tug when you need to. The very center is just some Harley chrome bling I liked. I kind of copied this whole idea from two other members!!!!
I love chrome too but I prefer spending my $$$ on performance.
Don't you know that the wind resistance of well polished chrome is lower than painted surfaces. So, the more chrome, the slipperier your bike is in the wind...therefore it goes faster.

I have it double , crome and lights , but for some reason I can't post any pics , crome may not make it fast but it sure looks good if you brake down and are sitting on the road side , LOL
