What new features would you like to see the Fuelpak FP3 have?
Has anybody worked out how you can go about backing up your maps off your phone, or transferring them from one phone to another? Ideally, I'd like to be able to look at the contents of the map tables from my PC, but don't know what the likelihood of V&H adding this feature.
The maps aren't stored on your phone. They are on the FP3. I use my IPad to access it when I'm at home and my phone when I'm on the road.
Well it took me AGES to tap and type in all the VE table settings from my old tuner. I wish there was a way of exporting the map so that it can be manipulated on a PC, or even a PC app so that tables can be cut+paste from excel and the like rather than having to use the tiny screen on a phone or tablet whilst sitting out in a cold garage!
Also the saved auto tune should have the date in the title. After applying the learned cells and finishing auto tune it's difficult to determine which is the latest version
The purpose of this thread is to determine what new features the HD Forums community would like to see coming out on the Fuelpak FP3.
If you are shopping for a fuel management system for your CAN-bus equipped Harley Davidson, what feature(s) would push you over the edge to buy a Fuelpak FP3?
-V&H
Just bought the new fp3 for my 09 RK and it should come in the mail by the end of the week. I have a set of rinehart slimline duals with 3.5" mufflers with a screaming eagle stage 1 air cleaner. Using the demo mode of the app I haven't seen an option for the rinehart brand to be mapped. Would I just use the V&H equivalent and just auto tune or what? More exhaust brands would be nice to make it easier for an exact match of aftermarket parts.
