Wonder if that just means they finally sold 200 or a sign they want out of the bike business. Hard to believe it took this long to sell 200 but with their customer service maybe so. Guess that is a lot of the things for one site.

Well over two weeks now since I replied to them and not one word from them. Heck I would have even liked a "kiss off" versus nothing.

Probably way too late for most but Superchips now can accommodate 2014 models. I didn't research it but wonder how extensive. It's better than it was though.

I just received an email from Superchips backing up what hogcowboy posted. Here is the cut&paste from the email:

"Superchips is pleased to announce coverage for 2014 HD Touring bikes on the Vigilante EZ (PN# 5842). The latest software update is available. New calibrations for 2014 Harley Davidson Touring models include tunes for high flow intakes and the following exhaust styles: 2-Into-1, Duals, Header, Slip-Ons, and Stock."

 

Hi, so I got a really good deal on a Vigilante tuner for my 2012 wide glide, I upgraded the tuner and plugged it into the bike to tune it. So far all I have is a mach 2 air cleaner w/stock exhaust, but the tuner says that there is no file for a stock exhaust with a high flow air cleaner. Has anyone else had this problem with a 2012 103 dyna? I did a ton of research but couldn't find the info I was looking for. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can contact tech support and they may get you a file, but it has been my experience that you will have to stay on top of them to get it.

 

Pick up the phone and call them.
I worked with them back and forth for a few weeks and few hundred miles.
They tweaked a tune for me and I'm very happy, best 150 I've spent.

 

See, that's a problem with me. Have hearing problem so need things in writing. Phones and me don't mix. Not a problem though. The way I have mine set up works great anyway. Would be "nice" to be able to remove the XIED's but it isn't a big deal.
