Default 2007 Vrod Night Rod Special -- 850 Miles -- whats it worth?

Hey Guys,

I am new to the forum and due to financial circumstances it looks like I may be heading towards sell my Night Rod for something a bit less spendy to pay off some bills and such.

I have not been very successful on craigslist or locally, so I thought I would try here and see what the HD community thinks it could be worth.

It is a 2007 Harley Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Edition, Denim Black with gloss black accents, 850 miles, show room stock, unmolested, always garaged and covered with a battery tender attached, and it also has the keyless option!

I have custom plates "BAA BAA" (Black Sheep of the Harley family)

Anyways, I am not allowed to post in the for sale section, so I figured I would go directly to you vrod guys to see if there is any interest/ gather opinions as to its value!

Thanks,
Dale

Here are a few recent pictures to show you just how perfect it is.

KBB trade in value is $9,150.00. Anything you get over that, consider yourself lucky. I'm picking up a 2006 Night Rod Tuesday for trade in value and have seen others for the same. The market is TERRIBLE right now. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's legit.
Keep it if you can. But then again, with that low mileage you obviously don't ride it.
Peace.

If I were you, I'd put it on Craigs List. It's free to list it, so if it doesn't sell you're not out any $$$ for advertising it for sale. Start it at $11,000.00 and mention you might negotiate. Won't hurt to try.

$10-$12K is about it wholesale. It is clean for sure, but they just dont hold the resale as some of the more traditional bikes do. It's a shame.

sheeyit. That bike sells for about 15k in Canada, more if it's had upgrades.

Atlanta HD has what looks to be an 09 (or late 08) with 500 miles on it. They're asking about $15,900. I don't know if theirs has ever been titled.

Sadly, I think you are looking at 9K. Nothing wrong with the bike, just looked at the pricing recently when I bought mine. I picked mine up for ten with a ton of mods so it is a buyers market on these babies.

Why is the mileage so low??? Take her out more and you might change your mind!

I passed on an 07 DX in Los Angeles for $11,000 this winter. The guys bottom line was $10,500. and fees (10% here in CA). The deal killer for me was the smaller motor.
