Default Drive belt for Street Rod ?

Anyone know exactly how many teeth the stock drive belt on a VRSCR 2006 Sreet Rod has ? I 'm going to do some serious touring and want to take along a replacement belt. Cant find any numbers in the hand book, or on the belt.Even the mechanic at the local dealer wasn't sure,he thought it could be around 149 or 150. I'd hate to take along the wrong sized belt,so some exact numbers would be great.

It all depends on what the front pulley size is. If you pull the front cover off the pulley will be stamped 28 or 30. The international (HDI) models have the 30 tooth pulley from the factory but many have changed them for the US version 28 tooth. If you have the 30 tooth it takes the 150 tooth belt and 149 tooth belt is for the 28 tooth front pulley

he has a street rod i am willing to he may have the sportier sprocket which could be a 22. there is a formula to figure out the belt its got something to do with the number of teeth in the drive sprocket and or the rear pully.

They didn't put a 22 tooth sprocket on ANY V-Rod. The R came with the same as the rest.
