Well, it's a bit cheaper than this 03 -

I've never seen a V Rod that cheap, any year, that ran.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. Work with the guy, guessing the 4,200 is pay off. He is an older man says he can't go far on it. Hope he is telling me everything, just sounds to good to be true. He rides it to work alot. Never heard of him having trouble with it.

Then why did it have a new engine installed 15,000 miles ago?

Hmmmm... Vrod engine bad after 15,000, on second motor . If there is one thing I have learned about a vrod, is the engine is a masterpiece. It just doesnt fail unless some serious abuse took place. Just my opinion

The Vrods sure don't bring much, but $4,200 .... that sounds fishy. Are you sure it is a reliable sale? It sounds like a scam, but certainly worth checking out ... just be smart about it.

If you are in the market and will be in the Atlanta area soon, I will be listing my NightRod in my sig this coming riding season.
