As the title says, I am looking for a set of 16" or 18" handlebars.

My bike has wide glide trees on it, so it needs to be a wider set of bars that will match up well with them. No narrow apes.

Not too particular on the style or brand, just no knock offs. They have to be black (gloss or flat, doesn't matter) and 1.25".
