Default rear wheel offset

i just installed a fatboy solid dish rear wheel on the back of my 98 super glide the fatboy wheel was off of a 97 so it has the right bearings in it I also used my factory super glide rear wheel spacers after installing the wheel I noticed that it was not centered in the fender it's closer to the brake disc side the belt is dead center on the front and rear pulley and noting is rubbing but I plan to lower the bike and don't want rubbing issues has anybody else ran into the problem thanks for the help
