I order the FOBO tire pressure motoring system for my 2015 TriGlide when I saw they were shipping from Malasia I was a little concerned that if I needed to return them what kind of hoops would I have to jump through.
Well, I was able to find out. On my trike front wheel the valve stem is at an angle causing the transmitter to hit the brake caliper.
So I emailed the company they asked me to send some pictures to see if they thought we could change something. They agreed that they needed to be returned for a refund.
I packed them up and sent by USPS for $13. A week later I received notice from PayPal about a refund and a email from FOBO to confirm they refunded the money.
I'm sorry that they didn't work on my bike, but this is a stand up company don't have any concerns about doing business with them!
