I found 2015 manufacturing date on both tires and was very happy about it! Tread was perfect!
Then I found cracks. I don't think Florida sun is excuse for replacing 2-years old tire with excellent tread!!!
This is not the worst crack, I didn't want to move my bike so took picture of this one.

I've got pics somewhere of one of my Dunlops splitting in the tread. I'll have to post them up later, though.

This tire was less than a year old.

 

Had the same cracking happen. A friend working in the tire industry said heat, sun and Armour All could contribute to the problem. Mine happened at 4 years but I did park with the cracking tires in all day sun.

 

12 y/0 Dunlops I took off my wife's Shadow last year weren't nearly that bad.

 

Geeze....I need to keep an eye on my tires....
