Default How to clean roulette wheels?

The roulette wheels on this 09 electra glide probably haven't ever been cleaned. Mothers chrome/aluminum polish doesn't touch the stains.

Wold steel wool do any harm to these? I'd appreciate any suggestions - especially for something easy to use...

You know, post pictures. My initial thoughts are DON'T use steel wool.

I already attacked those with wheel cleaner and fine wire toothbrush, followed by fine steel wool and more Mothers. Right now they look better but still not like new. Next stop is the dealer's. Thanks...
