Rob, the simplest way to doing that is to get yourself a factory service manual. You will find that comment is probably made on HDF several times a day, but it is true. Harley produce truly excellent manuals, with the bonus that when you have a sleepless night you have some easy reading! You will get the cost of the manual back just changing your pads yourself. Your local dealer will have it, or can get one if not in stock.
