Hi Guys,
I have 2010 FLHX that started having a hard pull on the brake handle. The pull is extremely hard now & doesnt actuate the calipers. I changed the brake pads & bled the system and have identified that the 2 calipers are working correctly but it seems there is some sort of blockage from the master cylinder to the calipers. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a rebuilding kit I can get for the master cylinder?

The lever should not be hard.
The calipers run very very close to the rotors and might be difficult to see movement if the pads are new.
Is it possible that the brake fluid was changed before the brake pads causing an overfill condition (overfilled to compensate for used pads).
or
Warped rotor.
I would check fluid level and then remove caliper and insert a flat iron bar between pads to recheck for movement as the lever was gently pressed.
A blockage would be unusual unless the wrong fluid was used causing the mix to gel.

I think its time to just take it in to the "stealership". Someone mentioned that another member on the forum had the same issue & it was an ABS issue. Either way this isnt something i want to be half assed in repairing.
