My uncles were warrant officers (chopper pilots) Vietnam
2 brothers U.S. Army- 1) 1976-1990 blackhawk crewchief, 2) 1981-1984 artillery
Me -U.S. Army, 1981-1988, SSG. Honor Guard NCO, watercraft engineer. And served proudly.

Great Uncle...WW1, WW2 and Korea, he was a cook, too old for Vietnam when he tried

27 years ago tomorrow, I was on a plane headed for AF basic training and still to this day don't remember signing anything! lol! Still in the Air Force Reserve and full time Air Reserve Tech doing the same job. Worked Egress on both the F-4 (all models) and F-16's and currently working on the LAST C-141C cargo aircraft in the Air Force. We get our new plane, the C-5 Galaxy on monday, YEE FRIGGIN HAW!!!! lol!
Have seen alot, have done alot, but helping to haul our injured and fatally wounded troops out of the warzone was hard to take.....

USAF 1978 to present.

USAF Retieted after 22yrs Air Transportion.. I loaded you guys/gals up on the planes and offload your stuff when you got there.
I spent 8 years in a Mobile unit (We did it in the dirt)..know how to dig a foxhole..line of fire..Best 8 years of my life before my kids
