Being really, really really, really, really, stressed from work. To the point of your head exploding. Then you call someone, because the e mail thing isn't a good way to communicate. Then that person has the kind of voice that just sets you back on your heels and makes you go "Whoa". A very soothing, understanding angelic voice. It calmed me right down. They should record this person's voice and put it on all airliners. If it told you, "We are sorry, but we are having a technical difficulty. We are going to crash, and all of us will die, but we want you to know that we really appreciate your business and thank you for flying Condemned Airways." You wouldn't be able to do anything but sit back, buckle up and think, "Now isn't that just sweet.". I heard a voice like that this morning. The only other voice I have heard like that is my youngest daughter's.

Seeing my son pull up on his bike to surprise his little brother that he is home on leave from Iraq. Being able to throw my arms around him and give him a momma bear hug!
Now that made my day!
