Default Exhaust

First off it is great to have an Evo board to post on. My question is regarding the exhaust. I have a 1987 FLT that has been sitting for 16 years. Everything is rusty. Will a complete exhaust from a newer bike bolt up on this? I would love to put a custom exhaust on it but at this point I cant look at forking out alot for a brand new system. Thanks for all the help.

I see pipes that are listed as fitting dressers '85 and up, so there should be plenty that fit.

Actually it was given to me. I had it running this fall. I cleaned out the gas tank, replaced the fuel line and filter, rebuilt the carb and replaced the battery and regulator and it runs really good. It only has 16000 miles on it.
