Default New England poor sportsmanship

The Pats pulled of a great finish to an exciting and close game Sunday night. Only to follow it up with the most unsportsmanlike conduct that I have yet to see from any team this season. A group of players did a victory danceon the Charger logo on the field.

Way to go Patriots, a real class act!!

Heres hoping that Indys defense does a little dance on Tom Brady!!

Remember the days when a football game used to be compared to war? I do. I haven't seen the game yet, we get it a few days late, so I am not commenting directly on that incident but on how I see the game changing. It seems that nowadays, all of the raw emotion is being taken out of sports. No celebrating is allowed in the endzone. Fans can cause penalties for teams. Years ago, football players were compared to gladiators and warriors, now they are "tacticians" and "artists". I guess the game has changed alot. I wouldn't be surprised if in ten years that a player couldn't file a disability claim forPost Traumatic Stress Disorderif he is tackled too hard.

I watched the game andI watched about 5 hours of ESPN between last night and today and did not see the victory dance on the Chargers logo, I even looked for it on YouTube. As far as I know, no actual players names have been listedas being the dancersand no fines or penalties have been sent down from the NFL.

I find it hard to believe that no cameras caught it. If anybody has seen the dance please post the link.

I think most people will agree that the New England Patriots are one of the most quiet, non trash talking teams in the NFL.

That was an intense game and I'm sure tempers were flaring as the clock ticked down. I'm not saying that it didn't happen or that it couldn't have happened but I'd like to see it.

I didn't see it either and I was at the game... With time running outwhen that field goal was missed EVERYONE in that stadium thought the game was over... Including the Patriots I'm sure... I agree that the Pat's go about their business in a very quiet and professional manner and that no disrespect was intended...The Chargers could look at it asa compliment... A team which has won 3 of the last 5 Superbowls are happy as pigs in sh!t to be able come there and win...And that they were that psyched to beat them...
Sports are about emotion... And as I've heard all over the airwaves... The Chargershad 60 mins. to do something about it... and just couldn't get it done...

Hey, at least they did it at the end of the game, AFTER they won! I seem to recall Miami doing that this year when they were at Louisville (all the Miami players stomping on the cardinal center field before the game, almost starting a few fights), and then getting their a$$es handed to them by the end of the game!

The unsportsmanlike conduct penalty was called after the SDfield goal attempt was missed for TAKING OFF HELMETS on the field. They were penalized 10 yards and took a knee with 3 seconds left on the clock to win the game.
