Well after much reading on this forum and an equal amount of procrastination I have taken the plunge and ordered a set of the RB Racing Black Hole 2-1 exhaust. I had seriously considered the Fatcat's but the noise is really an issue with me. I am running the stock headpipes now with Kerker slip-ons and this thing is pretty loud as it is. I am sure that the build has a lot to do with that. I am hoping these pipes put me over the 100 Hp mark as it had over 98 Hp with the Kerker's. I haven't had a dyno run done since the new cam's though so it might have exceded that already. I really liked the looks of the fishtails and hate to lose them but I think I am leaving too much power untapped with these stock headpipe's I know a lot of people have had issues with this company but the couple times I talked to them on the phone they seemed pretty civil and knowlegeable to me. Time will tell on that. They gave me a 3-4 week build time but I am not really concerned if it runs a couple weeks longer, That would still be the beginning of March.
Here's what it looks like now
I'll stick on some pictures when I get the new pipes on. and maybe a dyno sheet if I have it then.
I AM ON THE SAME BOAT EXCEPT THAT I AM NEW TO HD AND HAVE ISSUES WITH THE RECALL OF THE 07 AND TRYING TO FIX IT I AM LEANNING TOWARDS THE BLCK HOLE 2 INTO 1,SORRY FOR CAPS ,JUST SAW IT anyhow, my question is are you sure that these are not loud........

No I haven't heard them. I am just going on others statements. I have heard the Fatcat'sand although people say the're not loud until you get on it, I think they are pretty loud. Also a friend has the Thunderheader's and I know they are too loud. It's not like I am against being heard, I like a good sounding Harley as much as the next guy, I just want to be clandestine when i'm goin fast.
thank you nitro.................i like my bike whisper quiet........as if i were riding a bicycle, and i know this is not possible .
so ,let's see ,i guess we will both find out if they are quiet or not at the same time .
