Default Any early '80s limited editions still kickin?

Curious if anyone still has one or has seen any of the early 1980s limited build models running around unmolested?
[ul][*]1983 XL Custom Roadster: Sportster with the mini-Fat Bob tank, 1000cc engine, solo seat.[*]1985 FXRC. Similar to the Disc Glide, but with a tan seat, chrome engine kit, wire wheels.[*]I think there was also a FXRT in '83/4? that still had the Shovel engine with enclosed drive train and a few other options too.[/ul]Might be some others, but these are the ones that came to mind....

My buddy has an 1983 XR-1000. Is that rare and limited enough for you? I took this pic last week.

Check out the For Sale Forum. A member has a real sharp, original 25th Anniversary Sporty for sale.

all 85's are rare, only about 35,000 bikes total all models were built that year.

yeah, it's always nice to see something that has survived 20+ years intact and still stock, or very close to it....

I have a '83 Shovel powered FXRS that I bought new. Top end is still tight and never been apart.

It is rare to see stock bikes, usually the bike has switched hands a few times and each owner has tinkered with it.
