May he be traded to some other team. The Lions need another reason why they suck, so maybe there.

C'mon, we all knew he was a young quarterback in way over his head. But he was the one that brought the Bears to the big dance. The weather conditions sucked and the Bears couldn't establish a running game. So you do what you have to do -- throw. He didn't call the plays. But he was responsible for the execution. The defense also let the Colts take control of the game. Nah, this should not be laid at the young man's feet. In fairness, this loss should be laid squarely at the feet of the entire team, NOT just at the feet of Rex Grossman.

Grossman has to be one of the worst quarterbacks to ever play in a Super Bowl. Man, he is dreadful. When he throws the ball, not only do the recievers have no idea where it's going, but neither does Grossman. His throws look like shanked punts! What's up with those throws? The game line was pretty much if the Bears couldn't run the ball and had to count on Grossman they were done. And that's exactly what happened. If I'm the Bears, I'm looking for aQBin the draft.

While the strategy of the 'D' (all that passive coverage crap - WTF? YOU ATTACK an offense, not try to prevent the big one) allowed Indy to not only stay in it early but continue to build a lead, Grossman really had 1 job, and 1 only: PROTECT THE DAMN BALL. He failed completely on that, being easily responsible for 3 of the turnovers.

He needs to be pushed to backup QB, and NOT on the Bears. he can suck somewhere else. I've had enough of the 'great D, lousy QB' story.

I was hoping he could hold it together for 1 more game, b/c I knew IF he played like any of his middle-season games we would lose (girlfriend kept chiding me as I slid further into the panic mode - even when we were still ahead). It would have been a cold ride home for me this morning, but I had been warmed up before leaving.
