Where to Crome in SF Bay Area ?

Hey guys, I got a friend with some Alloy rims that they want to get Cromed.

Can anyone tell me some places to call/goto in the San Francisco Bay Area ?
My friend is in the South bay.

Or any clue how expensive it is ?
