Default UofM Basketball

So...The state of Michigan which is almost $1Billion in debt, and who's govenor believes that she can tax us out of the economic problems that are everywhere in the state: Has the premier state university, The University of Michigan....A university that whines and snivels with all the other smaller universities and colleges for their share of the state 'pie' and other funding...

Yet,The University of Michigan is sooooo rich, that it can afford to spend $2.5 MILLION to buy out the contract of the University of West Virginia basketball coach? I won't hold my breath waiting for the ultra liberal media in this state to attack this waste of money by a state institution. Ya know, I'd of loved to buy a brand new Cadillac CTS V...But the dealership wouldn't give me $25K for my five year old Cavalier...Just to get another sale.

Give me a tax break and continue losing NCAA bids. I resent supporting any team (pro or college)with my tax dollars.

Instead of 'Go Blue'...It'd outta be, 'Go Broke'.
