Upon inspection of the returned horns there was no trouble found on many of them. Here are some tips on diagnosing possible horn issues: 1. Horn volume is variable and will be different between two motorcycles. Perceived low horn tone is not warrantable. 2. Water in the horn could also cause a low horn tone. It would be suggested to let the horn dry and re-verify function. 3. Verify wire routings, connections, proper ground, and voltage. 4. Check for binding horn mounts. 5.
