Default Cheapo polished rotors

I bent a rotor last week and decided to get something different instead of polishing out another stocker, even though I have a stack of them. I bought these cheapo polished rotors for 100 bucks delivered. They may be cheap, but combined with a new set of EBC Kevlar pads, they sure do stop good. FYI, for anyone interested, you can find them on eBay. They have 3 or 4 different styles.

They look good.

I would venture to say the difference in name brand stuff and the mystery stuff is the quality of the metal used. Longevity may not be there but at that cost they are cheap to replace. Keeps the bike fresh!

i always thought on polished rotors you should use organic pads because keval will be hard on the rotors?

Kevlar is easy on polished rotors. They do not gall up the rotors like harder semi-metallic pads do. I've been running Kevlars on polished rotors for years now. They leave a nice satin sheen on the rotor instead of the near gouging like the OEM pads do.
