Default Ride for Sight

We as a group have raised millions. Makes me feel damn proud.

Anyway as you know I have participated along with Liz in raising money for this great organisation for years. I usually collect donations the old fashioned way, asking for money face to face, but this year I thought I would also use the Internet version supplied by RFS.If you are able and willing to help with a small donation, I would greatly appreciate it. If you are unable, or have already committed to someone else, please accept my thanks anyway for considering this great charity. Tax receipts are issued for donations.Just click on the link below to see my donation info:https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/S...px?SID=1506127Thanks! (P.S., if any other riders want to join up with us for this fun day, please e-mail me)Joe & Liz

FYI, I just got this e-mail saying online donations are way up. Keep up the good work all you guys that are doing this with me!

Dear Ride for Sight Supporter,

On behalf of Ride for Sight and The Foundation Fighting Blindness, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for all of your efforts and hard work thus far with promoting Ride for Sight to your friends, family, colleagues, local businesses, etc. Your hard work, dedication and persistence is a clear indication of why we have just surpassed the $100,000 mark in online donations!
We set our online goal at $150,000 this year, but if it continues to grow like it has been these past few weeks then we should easily surpass our goal. To put it into perspective, at this time last year we were just beyond the $20,000 mark in online donations. This is quite an improvement over last year, and due in large part to your hard work and dedication to the cause.

I wanted to share this promising news with all of you because you have a great deal to do with the early success of this year’s ride. The effort you have put into promoting the ride is clearly evident, whether it be by traditional donor book or by online donations – We thank you.

Congratulations everyone – Let’s continue to spread the word!

Warmest regards,

Deb Dixon
