Default RE: Passenger Pegs for '61?

Checked my HD parts book. 52650-41 is listed as being used from 41-64. But herz the glitch. I went to Palmers restoration book and it shows 4 different variations of the same part number. 41-46 (N/A to you), 47-54, 55-57 and 58-64.

47-54 are level to themselves; 55-57 are bent slightly at the bottom to clear the primary cover on the left and to match the look on the right; 58-64 have an additional bend at the top to reposition the peg to a more comfortable riding position.

So...sounds like you can only go back as far as the 55 type in irder to work for your bike

This is what is FUBAR...the part number is the same. Seems as long as you do not have the flat type you will be okay. Maybe someone has some more knowledge and can shed some light on this butI do not have the answer unfortunately.
