It looks great with the Brawler on!!

brianp25, I've picked up the new 1200 cubic inch saddlebags but went with the plain leather (vs Fatboy).  They really look good with the Brawler seat...same  simple leather look.  I also picked up a winshield (for the highway only) and was looking today at the billeted mirrors, shifter and brake lever.  I also got rid of the leather tank panel and replaced it with the chrome billet dash panel extension...huge improvement....does it ever stop?

The weather was perfect yesterday so I played hooky after lunch from work and took the fat boy out.  Have many more ideas for her but momma told me to throttle back on the mods for a while. Aw shucks!

Welcome Bluegrass. This is an excellent place to hang out occasionally. I say occasionally because it can get expensive making the bike your own, and you get a lot of great ideas here.

1bulldog.. Nice Ironbags on that Fatty.    Matches up beautifully with the mustang studded seat.

Yeah Iron Max's.. Where it appears you got away with strut-mounted tail lights.. I moved mine to a bubba's brake license plate kit to make room for them.  Worked out nice.

I just picked up my 2008 Fat Boy today.  Pacific Pearl Blue.  Now I just need to get some new wheels and pipes.  I want to get different wheels.  I like chrome wheels.  The guy at the Harley Dealer said I would have to get new wheels, sproket and brake rotors.  Does this sound right?  I also want to get some pipe.  I was thinking some Vance & Hines Long Shots....... Any other thoughts?  Thanks guys.

Well, the only thing I have to compare them to are the stock pipes I replaced them with.  I will say I absolutely love them though.  They're much louder than the stock, but at the same time they're not 'rediculously' loud.  I do love the sound of them though, and they perform awesome.  I liked the look of the Vance & Hines 2-2 but I figured this being a 'Fatboy' I would be better served with the big fat pipes...  Everybody that's seen them upclose loves them too...

I've got the narrow beach bars. I like them. They are very comfortable.
