Default It was so hot! How hot was it?
It was so hot that I saw a squirrel soaking his nuts in gatoraid.
I saw a man jump off of the water tower just to catch a breeze.
I saw a guy sitting close to a fire just to cool off.

How hot was it where you were at?

About 3pm in Baton Rouge, 74° and cloudy, lots of rain this AM. It's usually 95° though, so this is a nice respite.

feels like Hell froze over here. in the 80s, rain for most of the last 30 days. lakes at 30 foot over normal.

So hot I'vehad to feed the hens cracked ice to keep them from laying hard-boiled eggs.

So hot, after a long run, used the engine on my '07 UC as an air conditioner.

I saw a lizzard carrying a stick in his mouth and every so often he would jam it in the ground and climb up on it to cool his feet.[:-]

Stoppedthe truck to watch the lizzard and a rattlesnake crawled up on the muffler to cool off.
