Voodoo, is that a Pro Pipe on your ride? I'm switching the exhaust on my Deuce and am having trouble deciding on the D&D Fat Cat or the PP. How's your's sound/perform? Thumbnail Image

Yes it is the Pro-Pipe - Sound is great - Torque is great - and I like the look... I don't believe you could go wrong with V&H.

Well, last night I ordered the Fat Cat. It was a toss up. What tipped the scale was that the FC hung a little lower than the PP, which opened up my axel nut cover. Many folks dislike the look of a 2 into 1, but its grown on me and I think it looks great on a Deuce. Besides, every swinging d!ck I know runs either V&H or Python staggard duels. I'm sure that the Fat Cat will get some looks!

Les, I knopw what you mean "Besides, every swinging d!ck I know runs either V&H or Python staggard duels." I actually thought about changing to the Big Radius but they are showing up on every softtail around - the pro-pipe is still fairly unique . Enjoy the FC and don't forget to post some pics after the swap out.

Yeah, I lusted over the BR for almost the entire year. Came within about 10 seconds of ordering a set off ebay! Glad that I didn't. I think I would have lost torgue with my stock 88" engine using the BR or any "drag pipe" for that matter.

Here is some pics of the new ride, picked it up Saturday. I hear different people saying the Dyna handles better, and you need a bagger to be comfortable on the open highway etc.etc. But the bottom line is that there is no other bike on the road that I would rather have than the one I own. Well, "different strokes for different folks". Its nice to have so many options in rides! The Deuce caught my eye almost from the beginning. I currently have a Corbin solo seat and it is very comfortable during the 100 to 150 miles rides that I usually take. Enjoy your Deuce!

Jezcruzen good looken bike, like the pipes. 06DEUCE I really like the color. jakblu good choice, who ever told you that a Dyna handles better, tell them to step away from the crack pipe.

Threw a Danny Gray Solo seat on the Deuce - jury is still out on comfort but I like the looks.

The seat looks as great as the rest of the bike! It certainly looks as if it would be comfortable. I especially like the color coordinated cover that hides those holes on the rear fender's top.

Reminds me a bit of the Brawler. Hopefully after breaking it in a bit the comfort level will rise for you.

I think my main problem is that it seems to bring me up a bit - at 6'4" with forward extended controls it just seems like I may have lost a bit of that extension... I remember somebody previously posting pics of an Agoura Custom solo seat but when I go to their website I cannot find it, then again I was not actually thrilled about $500.00 + for a solo seat anyway but it supposedly dropped you 3" in and set you 3" back. Anyway, thanks for the nice words guys.
