Hey BlackDragon,
thanks for the alarming tip, i'll give that a try next time i'm under the seat.

06STRD good looking ride man.  Hard to beat the look of those lepera bare bones on a standard.

I havent posted much lately due to ridin season being on us.  Anyone know of any good outdoor weekend music festivals up around new york, ohio, michigan ?  They make a great weekend riding destination.  Usually good tunes (blues, rock, etc), good bbq, cold suds, cheap prices and good company.

Went a few times to niagara falls new york outdoor venue last year (http://www.artpark.net/) on tues nights and had a blast.  Saw Stepenwolf there on what i beleive was their last american performance.  Pretty cool deal for an "old" band.

Happy trails.

rk dug nice bike.  that was exactly the tank badge i was going to put on till i found the paintset thats on it.  It was between that or the speed ball.  I had a set right off a 57.  but i think there lost now.  I hate to tell anyone what to do but if i were you I would go with 3 inch tank lift that ou can get for about 20 on ebay.  or just make them

Man, no one has posted in a while so I'll break the silence.  Ordered a Bare Bones today, hopefully it will be here before our "Wheels of Thunder" weekend here.  I'll post pics when I can.

Anyone know if you can change the hubs on rear wheels?  I got a spoke rear off ebay and it's not right but wondered if hubs are available to correct the problem.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys. Figured I''''d start off with a few pics of my scooter.
 \\;\\\\\\;
I am in the process of repainting everything so the rear fender/struts and everything are off. These are pics of it after I spayed the tank.

Hey Willett, your softail looks awesome. \\; I''ve been thinking i might change my drag bars out for apes next summer. \\; A few people have said its pretty expensive what with cable changes etc. \\; If you dont mind my asking roughly what did it cost you to change the whole shooting match over to apes?
 \\;
Mr Blonde, your ride looks real cool, gotta love them spoked wheels.
 \\;
cheers.

What''s up guys? \\; Sorry, I''ve been away for a while, but it looks like I haven''t missed much. \\; Not too many posts lately? \\; What''s up with that? \\; \\;Is everyone too busy riding to post? \\; Well, I finally sucked it up and ordered a new rear wheel (Reaper) to match my front. \\; Zanotti''s HD price was only $636, compared to $830 retail. \\; Not too bad, I suppose......just puts me one step closer to the dog house (if she finds out).

Thanks for the response Willetts. \\; And the before pic, since its very similar to my current set up. \\; Gives me a good comparison. \\; Price doesnt sound too bad either if doing the labour ourselves.
 \\;
Hey Beaureed, that standard''s gonna look sick with that matching back wheel. \\; Just call it an early xmas present. \\;
 \\;
cheers
