In an attempt to keep prices low, I had a 50 order minimum before sending the money in to get the shirts made to get a quantity discount. I am still only at 10 orders. I thought at a minimum everyone who carried the Mascot would have liked one which was over 100 members. I apprieciate the patience of those who have placed their orders and have worked on getting black shirts as an option which we have finally worked out a deal to get them made at a reasonable price.

Black Shirts will be $20.00 each for Small - Large (Add $1.00 for each XL size larger exmpl: $21- XL $22 - 2XL $23.00 3XL)

There will also be other shirt options and I will post more as we get the details worked out.

For those who already ordered shirts and want to change their order to black shirts (since white was the only option at the time), let me know as I have not place the order yet. (For those who did the 2 for $30 deal, the black shirts are not an option as black shirts are more expensive and there is very little mark-up to get them at $20.00 per shirt.)

I also worked out a deal to that will allow single orders so we will no long have to wait until the 50 order mark. I will wait until the end of the month to give everyone a chance to change their order if they desire. I will make an announcement before I place the order and cash the checks.

Remember all procedes go to the Mascot fund to pay for the refit and maintenence of our Mascot.

Are those the sigs from the "original" mascot?

Yes they are. We had to use the new Logo because we couldn't use the "Harley Davidson" logo that's on the original mascot. The new logo is on the back of the original mascot now. I've seen it and it's really nice. Part of the hold up on the shirts was the Harley emblem. We are not affiliated with HD so we can't use their logo.

My printer can do ladies shirts as well. I will have to get prices. I will post a full price list when I get one worked out. I am trying to keep the cost as low as I can.

Larry, when do we get the shirts? I would have loved to have had mine on my 1500 mile trip I just got back from. Summers quickly running out.....

I'm glad I found this thread. I was a bit concerned since I couldn't seem to get through via PM. You still have my check, right? Just let me know. (Layoffs are looming here, so I'm watching my pennies closely, but I've been keeping money in the account to cover that check for quite a while now.)

I am afraid that I will not be able to get the shirts at this time. I have tried to place the order but my printer has not returned my calls. I am now deploying to Iraq for a year or more and apologise that I was not able to pull this off. With so few orders I can not find a supplier to do the shirts at under $20.00 per shirt with decent quality. Those who have sent checks, if you want to donate to the Mascot, let me know, otherwise I will simply rip the checks up as I have not cashed any of them yet. If you choose to donate, I have enough to at least pay half of the Mascot refit. But I will leave it up to you all. Those who do, I will submit your names to admin to recognize you as a "Mascot Contributer".

I have a friend that does silk screening as a buisness. I will be happy to talk to him and see what he can do if you would like. I know he has some contacts and may be able to get some deals. I haven't talk ed to him in a bit so I will email him and make sure he is still at it but maybe we can get this back in gear if you can provide the drawings and stuff. I will let you know what I find out.

You can see my dilemma. It is very hard to find a printer that is willing to do single or small orders. I guess we will need to find another idea to raise funds for the Mascot.
