Nice bike 03DWG. I almost bought a 100th anniversary DWG. My opinion FXDWG best looking bike Harley makes. Bought 95th because I had a 65 mustang someone wanted and I wanted wanted DWG. Traded. worked for both of us.

Ride safe and keep it clean

wideglide95th,
Thank you! I agree, Harley makes a lot of good looking bikes, but I've always preferred the lines of a DWG. When I was a teenager I owed a Kawasaki 1100LTD, my second bike, it had the same lines. That's why when I got older, and wiser, I knew I wanted this bike. I actually held out for several years awaiting the 100th. I almost bought the 95th too, but I wanted a boat instead at the time, wife said I couldn't have both. Gee, okay.
I don't know why I waited other than I thought it'd be cool to have and Anniversary model, but I'm glad I did. It was worth the wait.

When I was a kid in the late 60s, my next door neighbors home from vietnam had harley hard tail choppers. They use to sneak me away from home so my mom would not see me on the bikes. That was what I learned to ride. Imagine 11 or 12 years old riding hard tail choppers. I fell in love with bikes. The fxdwg reminded me of those days. In the early 80s I bought one of the first Honda V-65 Magnas rode it 5o miles one way to work everyday. Fast bike. Unbelievable 0 to 60. Now older and wiser. Love my Harley numbered 1648 of 1998,

Hi Trojan_Hog
Are those pipes the SEII baloney cut slip-ons, 80258-99A ??
I've seen a few pics where I wasnt too happy with them, but they look excellent on your WG.
Let me know, as they would suit me perfect.
thanks.

Hey Grizzly. I love the wind vest, I wanted something as small, inconspicuous as possible while giving me some protection at highway speeds...the wind vest has fit that bill perfectly.

Irlm1, actually those pipes are Cycle shack's. They sound great and were only about 125.00 bucks. I'm not sure about their long term durability but so far they have been great!

My humble 2006 Dyna Super Glide. Mods so far include a complete stage 1 with SEII's, new grips, footpegs, forward foot controls. I added after the pic a HD rallyrunner seat and detachable windshield. I love this bike.
