Woah! For a minute there I thought that you were from New Mexico but I see that you are just a bit north. The scenery is just like an area in northern NM called the Valle Grande.

Great pics man. They look like they are right out of a HD catalog or something.

Thanks Cool Dog. Just up Hwy 285 from you... maybe six-seven hours to the South Park, CO area near Fairplay.

Sorry it ain't a V Rod - but will my Street Rod do??

Me and our wee Molly (she's just 18 months old) - no better way for her first intro to motorcycles to be on her dad's Harley-Davidson.

Loving the bike - had my beautiful black FXDXI until last weekend, then too the dealer's demo VRSCR for a test ride. The rest, as they say, is history. Still loved my Dyna though - wish I could have kept it!!!

A Street Rod is a V-Rod just like a A, B and Night Rod is.

After some difficulties learning the system, I think I have it. Here is my 2006 VRSCA.

If you noticed, I fabricated my own rear brake pedal to match the shifter. Done other work, not seen in these pictures, but the pedal is my favorite.

Nice bike. I can tell it is a VRSCB, but what year? Are those slotted wheels, and what is the color scheme? I like the setting for the picture.

Nope its an 06 D model. I removed the fairing for the billet headlight. Paint is the factory vivid black, which I painted over the pinstripe and added my own House of Kolor Purple Violet Pearl flames with Spies Hecker Emerald Green Pearl tips. It helps working in a custom shop if ya wanna paint your bike

That's damn nice, and now that you point it out, I see the mid-foot controls. SORRY. The paint looks nice. I thought about putting some soft pearl silver flames on mine about the same color as the frame until I found out the price. Guess the cost for you isn't the same. Thanks for the pictures and info.

I have the base in excellent condition. Just wanted silver flame "oversprayed" onto the chopper blue on the fenders and airbox lid. Told it would be a minimum of $1000. I'm not sure if that is a good price or not, and it may be very reasonable, but it was a little more than I was expecting. May do it in the future if I get tired of the stock color, but for $1000 I'm going to hold off for now.

Yeah that seems a bit over the top to me. Check out ozzycustoms.com he does some amazing work on alot of vrods. If it comes down to it, and you have some downtime during winter(depending on where ya live) you can send em my way. I can do way better than 1000 bucks.

Does the mini sissy bar do any good? I am worried about someone sliding off the back and I use mine to hold a roll-bag, so I doubt I'd get one, but they look good.

Didn't like the blue, so I got rid of it and replaced it with this.

Closest color I could find to my little girl's Harley.
