Putting on a new FatCat this week.
07'Fatty
Stock 96"
SEAC
SERT

Anyone have a custom SERT map they're particularly happy with and willing to share?
Took a #78 and bumped the CLB - and I'll do some data runs with that to tighten it up a bit.
But I'd like to see what other changes to VE and SparkAdvance some of you guys have done . . . .

If they know it was on and can prove that it caused a problem that portion of your warranty will be voided, but if the bike develops a problem just take it off and take the bike to the shop stock....Unless the dealer installed the unit that is...

I have an '06 FXSTI with stock ECM, 25 degree injectors, V&H Big Radius, Arlen Ness Big Sucker AC and PCIII USB. Running only download I can find, M805-210, which the discription matches my bike. Problem is, I am getting about 30 mpg in the city, a far cry from the 40-45 mpg most people seem to get. Runs great though, strong, no decel pops. Is this normal, running good with bad mileage? This is my first Harley and I bought it slightly used with all this stuff on it. If this is the only map available for Dynojet, how do I improve it?

i would call dynojet and ask them. they will help you out. they also have about 40 maps for you bike, i'm sure one will match up. you can go to their web site and look at the list of maps. the guy at dyno told me to pick a map that was close, if it wasn't quite right to try another that was similar. similar in that only exhaust pipe was a little different. good luck

I have a custom SERT map to share!! I have an 06 Street Glide, Big Sucker, V&H Classic Slipons. I added an 07 exhaust w/ the 02 Dungs. I used the Daytona Twin Scan system to tune my bike.

I collected much data to adjusted the VE tables to acheive the AFR numbers. (I haven't adjusted the AFR numbers). The bike runs strong, and feels great. I may mess with the AFR numbers down around  idle (to help the heat at idle), but at no other points. I feel the other numbers are good. (I'll leave the idle numbers as-is for now because I need all the heat I can get out in the cold weather....LOL.

PM ME, adn I'll share.  My buddy loaned me his Daytona system for free, so I don't mind sharing!!!!

I'm probably not the 1st guy to say this, but if you're looking for PC III advice, contact Jamie At Fuel Moto USA.  They claim to have the largest inventory of "custom" maps for the PC III.  I haven't heard a negative comment about them anywhere online.  They sell a TON on eBay (6500+ with 100% positive feedback).  I just ordered a new PC III from him, and he is loading a custom map (different from the generic one on DynoJet's website) for free.  All I had to to was tell him the mods made to my scooter, and plug it in when it gets here.

I installed a PCIII usb and SE Filter kit on my 06 RKC with Rinehart true duals.  I used the 807-220 map from Dynojet's site, bike seems to run very good, now just need to check my mileage.  I did notice that there is only 1 table on the map, from my experience the rear cylinder needs to run a little richer due to heat, I'm going to play around with a 2nd table after I get some more seat time on the bike and see if I need to tweak anything else.

Any recommendations for a 2008 Ultra with SE intake, Rush slip on and SERT?  My dealer threw this stuff in as a 'freebie' however it runs rich and on a recent 1,400 mile trip I avergaged right under 30mpg.

I took it back in and they checked it out and said it was fine and the gas mileage is typical for a stage I upgrade.

They also said that they keep the SERT module and would have to charge me $500 if I want to take it and try to have anyone else program it...  Is this just B.S.?

I would like to find a good map and perhaps a good dealer / tuner who can help me out...

I've got an '07 Ultra with a KN 3909 AC with VH dresser duals and ovals.    Anyone out there got a SERT map that would get me started?   I've been playing with #78 but that was when I had the stock headers.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I know I'm not the only guy with this set up.......

Hi Neil,

I'm not sure if this will be of use to you or the other riders responding to your request...but here's mine anyway.

2004 Softail
95" Big-Bore
SE 9.5:1 Flat Top Pistons
0.030" Gaskets
Port & Polished Heads - Heavy/Duty Springs
S&S Gear driven Crane HTC-290 Cams
V&H Big Radius
Kuryakyn HopoCharger

I'm running an advanced modified version of M805-121.  Modified through the use of a Dayton TwinScan II + Kit to suit my upgrades.  My bikes now running sweat, with heaps of power & torque (100 HP / 100 Ft Lbs @ 2,200rpm to 5,000rpm), plenty to leave 10.5:1CR 95" kits and new 07-08 96" bikes behind.  At first the original PC Map ran rich down low and lean up high but I now have my AFR set to around - Cold Star 12.0, Idle 13.0, Cruise 13.2 and WOT 12.5 which gives me good mileage and plenty of torque when required.  The map has almost all PC fuel data cells filled through being able to record data through the full range of RPM in many situations, gears and local terrain.

Don't hesitate to request a copy if required.

James

Looking for a map for my 06 FLSTSC.  Running V&H Fishtail slipons, Stage 1 ECM, Stage 1 a/c.  Power Commander recommended 805-204, or 805-203.  They said they didn't show anything close with the stage 1 ecm, however they said it didnt matter cause the stage 1 flash only raised the rev limiter, and made some minor timing changes.

Anyone have a map or know where to get one for my 08 FLSTC with HD slash cut slip ons (baffled) and a SE High Flo AC, everything else is stock. I bought a sert but none of the canned maps appear to be for my configuration unless someone knows which map will work, my sert version number is 476. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I had a dyno tune done and gained 11hp and 9lb torque over the canned map. Now that is fine tuned.

I downloaded it last weekend.   The software was not real hard to use.  Some advice to others buying the new software versions, get the newest cable set with the USB port connection.  Soon my laptop will need replaced and my rs232 will go away.  I'll have to buy another set of cables with the USB.

Looking forward to tweeking the mapp in the near future.  Picked up a power gain when I added the SE Aircleaner, and the Mapp seemed to give it a little more to.  Really cooled the engine heat down though.  I'd like to lean it out just a little, lean is mean for sure.
