I added SERT to this thread too to see if we can get some more maps on here

I am looking to see what maps people are running on their PCIII and what mods they have with there bikes. I have been downloading some maps and comparing the values to see what is happening.

When I got my PCIII it had the map 807-213 loaded into it which is for a stock ECU with Vance and Hines oval slip on and a Screaming Eagle air filter. The bikes runs awesome...BUT

My bike is a 2006 RK Custom with a Stage 1 download in the ECU and Screaming Eagle slip ons 64903-99 slash down and the Screaming Eagle air box 29773-02B. I am looking to download another map for a stage 1 ECU and my mods. My bike turns over 5 or 6 time before it fires now and use to be instant. I am looking at the Power Commander site to see what they have. They are closed on the weekend for phone help.
Thanks for any info.
Neil

I have downloaded map M807-152 into my bike to check it out from the Power Commander site. It is for Vance and Hines oval slip ons, screaming eagle air filter and stage 1 ECM. It was pretty straight forward. Pulled my PCIII and brought it in seeing how I don't have a laptop here. Plugged in the 9 volt battery for power and hooked it up to my USB port. I had the PC software open and it seen the unit and uploaded the map. I selected the new one and hit send map. Now for a little road time and check it out. Tomorrow I will hook a laptop up and check out some other stuff like throttle position.
Later on
Neil

I am running 807-164 (2005 with Rush pipes 2.5 baffle, SE Air Cleaner, and Stage 1 ECM) I sent an email to Dynojet and the suggested the 807-213 but it popped on decel and didn't seem right. The 807-164 is better in my opinion. I plan on having it dynoed this spring. My mods are
Stage 1 download, SE air cleaner, and V&H Basic Slip-on pipes on an 06 Roadglide.

I have a 06 RK Custom with SE air cleaner, SE slip ons and a stage 1 download. I had been running the M807-152 map but have chaanged over to the M807-159 which is for 2005 Harley Davidson Touring Model Samson rolled oval slip-ons ,Screamin Eagle air filter, Stage 1 ECM. Bike runs good.

Today I download the Free Accelerator pump program from the Power commander site and loaded it into my PCIII USB. Pretty cool piece of software. Alows you to set your throttle response to fuel to take out any hesitation. It is only available for the USB model PCIII

I put on my SE mufflers and ac kit. WOW. I programmed my pcIII to that and I was wondering is that enough for now, I mean to not damge the engine?

Update:

I just calibrated the throtlle and now it is running way to rich at idle and when I crack open the trhottle. I only let it run a few minutes. Am going to try to take it for a spin tommorow and I hope it clears up when the engine gets warm

I am using map 141NX104 within the HD SERT Rev E. The bike has some minimal surging at approximately 1500-2000 RPM, otherwise it starts and runs fine. I am re-reading the SERT manual so I can figure what changes are needed to the base line to correct the surging.
If anyone has a SERT map available for my configuration, please help. Thanks!

I am running the Dynojet Canned map 807-167 right now, and I'll bet getting to a dyno sometime this month to see if anything needs to be changed.

'05 Touring
stock motor
stock ecm
Ness Big Sucker
Thunderheader 2-1
PCIIIusb

It runs great now, no hesitation, no loading up, and the milage is around 40 mpg. I just want to make sure I have a good AFR and see if anything can be tweaked to make any more power.

Steve

I have ditched the PCIII and purchased a SERT instead due to slow starting with the PCIII on my 06 RK Custom.
I am running calibration #55 with a stage 1 A/C and SE slip on mufflers. The bike is running awesome.
I am going to install so true duals soon.

Amazing. This map is not even listed in the latest SERT manual in section 9 but it is on the disk. This is the best map I have tried so far.

Running a custom SERT map I made myself.

If anyone needs a map for an '06 Dyna running SEII exhaust (or custom exhaust) and SE/AC then PM me and I'll send some maps your way. I've got good feedback from a bunch of Dyna owners running them. You might be surprised at how much better the bike runs with a decent map.

2006 FLTRI with the following mods

SE II slip-ons
Vance & Hines Dresser Duals
SE air Cleaner
Stage 1 ECM
PCIII usb

The SE IIs are now a lot louder and in stereo.

I was running a modified version of the M807-180. Bubbas1 Map

24 June 2006 - After putting a couple tanks of gas in and getting crappy mpg (31-32mpg), I talked to the PC techs and switched to the M807-036 map. I had to modify it a little to tune out the decel popping, but so far the bike is running a little stronger and city mpg is better (36mpg) so cruising mpg should be better. Thinking about ditching the SE II slip-ons and going with the Hooker Tuned flow exhaust. I had Hooker stepped tuned pipes on my 2001 Dyna and loved the sound and increased power. Anyone have the Hooker Tuned flow slip-ons? and what are you thoughts about them?

I opened the file and in advanced mode I lowered the AFR in every cell by two units. Then I saved the file as -A1 and uploaded to deluxe. Works great.

Hello I have a 2006 Heritage Softail Classic EFI. I just bought a used set of screaming eagle 2 slash cuts and a new Arlen Ness stage 1 filter kit (similar to H-D's I guess but was only 89.00). I have 4700 miles on the bike. I called the dealer they said I could run the pipes with no computer download but not to put the air cleaner kit on until I had the download. I am confused as to what to get. I ride the bike frequently to work which is a 80 mile round trip at 70-75 mph. the bike is not abused (raced or burnouts) just want to get the best bang for the buck and I know you guys can help. looking for personal endorsements as everyone says their stuff is the best.
Thanks
Robert

06 RoadGlide Vance and Hines True Duals with Rinehart mufflers SE intake and PCIII. I used the m227 map (V&H trueduals with oval mufflers). Had some bad pinging between 1800 and 2100 RPM at most throttle settings. I call Dynojet and they thought the map was good but if it was pinging take a degree of timing out of the affected RPM range. I redid the map and it helped a lot but every once in a while I get some pings.
One other thing, if I am at 3000 RPM or so and quickly shut the throttle, when I get back on it there is a pop out of each pipe. Sometimes it is a pretty good pop. Any ideas?

If anyone wants to try my custom map for a 06 ultra with SE11's slipons, SE Air Cleaner and stage1 ECM send a private message to me jkoch@aol.com. Don't mind sharring. Bike runs great. A lot better than the Dynojet canned maps. I could not find one that I liked so I paid for the dyno time.

I have a 02 TC-88 Road King Classic with:

Screamin Eagle slipons with fishtails
PC III USB with 6200 RPM upgrade + accelerator pump
