G'day from Down Under, Have just climbed on board - greetings to all. You can call me PRAB. Am currently on my second H-D, a 2006 FXD Dyna Super Glide. The first one was an Ultra Classic Electra Glide which I found to be too bloody big ( I stand 170cm, or 5' 7"). I do a fair amount of touring on the bike, and have recently ridden around most of Australia. In a couple of weeks time I'm off again, riding from Adelaide South Australia to Toowoomba in Queensland to visit an old army buddy for a few days. I dare say we should make a dent in the local beer stocks...! I find the Dyna an excellent tourer. With a screen on the front and a set of bags, that big vee-twin just eats up the miles (although we call 'em kilometres here). Anyway, cheers to all and keep those wheels rollin'. PRAB
Hiya Gramps. That's a real nice picture, especially the bike. We don't have too many of those cactus plants down here - in this neck of the woods we get a weedy plant called spinifex, and saltbush.
Cheers,
PRAB
