Many years ago there was an impending flood. The theory was that all the stupid people would be gone after the flood, and Noah and his crew would be safe, as would the animals. They were required, however, to have 2 government overseers aboard, who turned out to be a man and a woman. They survived, and begat the generations of stupid people since. Another great idea ruined by government...lol!
