Default ZIPPERS Intake Part Number

I have a SE A/C Kit installed on my 2007 Ultra. I want to replace thepiece of crap filterthat came with the kit. I am familiar with the K&N HD-0800; however, I thought of maybe going with aZippers filtersince it has a better airflow rating.I sent Zippers Performance an E-mail requesting a part number that will fit the 1584cc engine with a SE A/C Kit already installed; however, I have not received a reply. Does anyone knowtheZippers filter part number for a 1584cc intake? I think I have an idea, but I believe it will require the replacement of the football style cover with an EVO style cap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance! Semper Paratus!

Todd

Default RE: ZIPPERS Intake Part Number

Follow-up:

The Zippers Performance Filter that replaces the SE air filter on the 88 and 96 engines equipped with a SE intake kitis Zippers part #117-296. Zippers Performance had the filter to me in three days. The filter comes with all the hardware you need; install took about 10 minutes. This filter allows you to retain the stock football style cover.

So aside from the K&N HD-0800, you now have a second choice. The Zippers filter is about $20 more than the K&N, however, according to available data, the Zippers filter breathes 39% more air than the K&N HD-0800 (K&N 231cfm and Zippers 321cfm).

Just a tip as well. Zippers is good to deal with, but the filter can be had from any online drag specialties dealer...I.e. m and m cycles....Just a heads up incase someone wanted to go that route.
