Hello, I have a friend who bought a '07 V-Rod about two months ago...the 1K service was done at the "stealership" about a week ago and after he go it home (we live about 90 miles from the dealer), he said it sorta felt like it was trying to pull to one side....I rode it and couldn't tell it....but, the rear drive belt is up against the left side of the pulley. I've got twobig twinHarley's and my belts track dead center of the pulley....just thought I'd check with you guys for him and see what others looked like.Thanks for the help...

So....does anyone's here rear drive belt track to one side of the pulleyor is it centered??

i'm not sure on the 07s because hd made the axle bolt bigger on 05 and after. on my 03 i measure from the swing arm bolt to the axle bolt to make both sides the same. there is a little play on the nut side adjuster to allow for minor wheel alignment.

Ok, diggerv....so, does your belt track center of the pulley?

yes. the 07s have a belt half the width of mine unless it is a night rod. try to adjust it, just be sure not to over torque the axle nut.
