Ah! for the good old days. Someone with that kind of control on a motorcycle will probably not crash and burn. He obviously is riding within his person comfort zone. I fear the guy with 100 mi of experience on a 700lb Harley that isn't even sure how to lean the thing. Saw this kind of riding in Japan, the courier services employ riders who can get stuff there FAST. Their accident rate is less than the average rider.

Seems to be a real polarity in this thread. Just getting out on the road with a fully loaded bagger is equally dangerous and idiotic. You can't anticipate everything that comes along and surely won't come out on top if that old lady pulls a left in front of you. If this video causes you distress perhaps theintellegent thing would be to take your Buick La Sabre instead of the bike. I accept the risk and hope my skill will save my butt. I will ride aggressively when I feel it is the best way to deal with a specific traffic situation. I'm 60 yrs old and have been known to take calculated risks repeatedly. Rode a little RD400 for ten years in high speed Houston freeway traffic and found it safest to put the threats behind me even splitting traffic at 80-90mph. Its easier to deal with what's ahead, than what you can't see behind you. Rant over, just ride at your safe level, whatever it might be. I am admitted adrenaline junky!

Glad to know I'm not alone! Can't seem to get this thread out of my mind, I think it's 'cause half way through the video I actually could feel the ride. Being able to glance at the tach and the way the camera wasleaning with the bike I felt as much a part of the bike as if I was the rider. Sitting on the porch in the cool of the evening my mind kept wandering back to the video.
Same feeling I get with the riders cameras on a GP telecast. OK I'll quit now, Later.

Nah, likely the fact that he's cutting off drivers, running red lights, pulling wheelies in traffic, coming close to clipping pedestrians and lane splitting at a high rate of speed...basically treating the road as his personal raceway.I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is why he called him stupid.
