Default Getting a good sound out of stock mufflers

Is there a company or business out there that will alter stock mufflers on a VRSC? I like the looks of the stock upsweep mufflers on the V-Rod but of course is has no sound. Has anyone removed the baffles or altered them in order to get a nice deep sound? Would really appreciate some info on this. DonFLSTN

Try breathless performance in Ft. Lauderdale, at http://www.breathlessperformance.com. fo to the VRod section. They modified my stock exhausts in my 2003 VRod and they sound great. You'll have to get a HD Race Tuner or Power Commander, they were hard to tune in, but significantly increaed HP.

If you go over to v-rodforums.com there is a how to section that has some pretty good info on how to mod them yourself.
