Thanks for posting this. Personally, Ive always thought this was the toughest race of any kind, anywhere, and I have the highest respect for the riders. McGuinness goes down with Jeffries, Hailwood and of course Dunlop (and maybe Moodie) as the best ever. Well done. This is the last road race in the world like this, hitting up to 200 mph while going thru little towns on skinny road, even when its raining! I plan to see it sometime in my life.

If there's one thing that I like, it's a burn-up on me bike.

I had the honor of riding that very course in 1970 on a BSA Bantam. Obviously not competing in the race. My Uncle was a TT Racer from just after WWII up untill the late 60's. We went several times to watch the races during his career, and I got the cance to ride the roads when I first started to ride. Man, that was 37 years ago. Time flies.
