Yanks can bite it...although I feel bad for Torre if he does lose his job. He's a good coach and a classy guy.

Pretty sure that's what it'll be! Ya...don't care that the Yankees aren't in the ALCS. Yes, I don't think it's the same without having to go through NY to get to the WS, but I just couldn't bring myself to root for the Yankees in that ALDS series. And as much as I hate the Yankees, how can Steinbrener fire Torre...a guy who in 12 seasons brought the Yankees to the post season each year & won 4 titles? Anyway...

Sox fan in Delaware, can't wait for when pitchers and catchers report and opening day. Hope the boys survive their trip to Japan for the opening of the season againest the A's.
